BOOTCAMP TIMES AND LOCATION:

Liberty Village Fitness Boot Camp offers workout sessions, Monday through Thursday each day starting at 6:30 AM until 7:10 AM, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7PM until 7:40PM. We offer bootcamp sessions at 200 Fountain Blu Banquet Hall on the Exhibition grounds in front of the Better Living Building.

Since the workouts are early in the morning and are only 40 minutes long, you'll be in and out before your favourite coffee shop even opens!
