you in with our fun, challenging, and fat burning workout sessions.
You’re going to use equipment that you typically won’t find at your
local “Big Box” gym like Body Bars, battle ropes, agility ladders, sliders, slam balls, and even pull up bars.
But don’t let that intimidate you one bit because we customize every workout to fit your fitness level.
You don't have to come all 21 days - unless you want to.
A few "rest" days are actually good for you and help your body recover since your muscles will be a little sore from the workouts.
I'll also give you a special get back-on-track meal plan to help you get back on the wagon so to speak. It's going to be very specific for your needs and every meal is written out for you, including the amount to eat.
